The property has on road parking.

All standard bills are included in the price. However, due to extremely high energy and water costs, I ask that tenants are sensible with their energy/water use.

The main living space is unfurnished. I could supply certain furnishings on request. This can be discussed.

The property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk into the centre of Didcot and only a few minutes more to Didcot Parkway and therefore easy access to: Milton Park, Harwell Campus, Oxford and London. All this on top of gorgeous countryside walks on the doorstep. Utter bliss!
