Double room available - Didcot

Hi!

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and considerate person to rent my spare room in Didcot, available from the end of July.

A little about me – I’m 28 and work in talent acquisition. I work from home four days a week and live with my very lovable sausage dog, Winston. I’ve been renting out the room for the past four years and have been lucky to have some lovely lodgers. My current lodger is moving on, so the room is now becoming available.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers, with plenty of space to add a wardrobe or desk if you’d like. The rent is £850 per month, with all bills included.

The house has:

* Parking
* A garden
* Shared bathroom
* Walking distance to Didcot Parkway station
* A bus stop on the estate

I’m ideally looking for a female lodger who is friendly, respectful and tidy. I’d love someone who enjoys a chat after work now and then, while also appreciating each other’s own space. I’m hoping to find someone who’ll enjoy the house as a home rather than just somewhere to stay.
