I work in Harwell campus as Thermal Scientist go to the 9-5 office and do not work from home.

Another tenant is male and engineering professional.

You will have your personal en-suit. You will have access to all common ammenities. All bills (including WiFi) are included.

Juniper way bus stop is 3 minutes walk. There is very frequent Bus servive to the Didcot parkway station, Harwell campus and milton park. The surrounding area is calm, quitet and exceptionally beautiful as it is located at the heart of GWP north. Asda is at walkable distance and Town Centre (Orchard centre) is only 5 minutes drive.

You are expected to keep the room, bathroom and common areas very clean and noise free as we are very specific about hygene and cleanliness.
