A working professional - (This home would best suit someone working regular hours outside the home or with a hybrid routine, rather than being home full-time)
Cat-friendly (I have 2 cats, so must be comfortable living with them)

It’s ideal for someone who wants a high-quality space with good energy and a calm, respectful atmosphere.

Vaping is fine but if smoking, then outside areas only.
