Lodger for a new double bed room on top floor

We are situated in a new housing development called Valley Park in Didcot. We are a short cycle ride from the train station / Didcot town centre and also a short cycle ride (in the other direction) to Harwell campus.

The house was completed last year and is a semi-detached property with ample kitchen, living space and a garden. You will share the main bathroom with just 1 other person. There is also a ground floor toilet.

Amenities: We share 1 big fridge and 1 small fridge, we have an oven, a microwave/grill/air fryer, an induction hob, 7kg washing machine with steam function, ironing boards, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. A mobile sim WiFi router is provided as courtesy. We also have a robot vacuum to assist with basic hoovering and mopping.

Welcome to come and view in January with a move-in date of either: a) mid Jan to early Feb, or b) after early April 2025 (I am busy in Feb and March).

We occasionally cook together as it is more fun and less work when everyone shares some tasks.

One of us is from Singapore and the other from Hong Kong so we like to cook Asian dishes (and coffee). One of us is a PhD student, the other is a trainee patent attorney (aka sort of like a paralegal).
