This is a second floor flat, with two letting rooms, a shared kitchen, and a shared bathroom (with a shower over the bath). It's newly decorated, and has new carpets and vinyl flooring throughout.

White goods and furniture that's in the flat will be gifted to the new tenants (see photos), so it is ready for immediate occupation.

Flat has been upgraded with mains interlinked fire alarm system, fire doors, thumb turn locks, additional electrical points in each room, and improved loft insulation.

There is an allocated parking space for 1 car.

This is offered as a joint tenancy, to two people (e. g. close friends/flatmates, or parent and adult child) wishing to share a flat together. (NOTE: Landlord contributes £100 per month towards utility bills, so the bills are much more affordable for the tenants).

Tenants (over 35) receiving Universal Credit are welcome to apply.
