Massive double room in a newly decorated and furnished house. It's 4.7 metres long and 3.4 wide, so loads of space. Big Victorian windows get lots of sunlight and room overlooks front garden.

Brand new mattress, carpet, and paint. Parking available at the back of the house.

Under 5 minutes to Orchard Centre, 10 minutes to the railway station.

There's loads of storage space in the room with 2 chests of drawers, one with space to hang clothes, a separate clothes rail, and under-bed storage. Separate storage for food/kitchen things and two fridge-freezers.

There's a shared kitchen and living/dining room, plus a shared bathroom and 2 toilets. There's also an upstairs living room that will double as a guest room, but isn't fully furnished yet.

It's a big house, and I can only have 2 lodgers with my mortgage terms, so I can guarantee there won't be more than 3 people living here, including you. You can have friends/family stay in the guest room on request.
