Furnished double room, short-term let, Didcot

Furnished double room available in a modern 2-bed house in Didcot (GWP area), Oxfordshire. Looking for a short-term let of a few months, ideally Monday–Friday only but (open to discussing full-time occupancy if that suits better). £175 pw, all bills included.
The room is fully furnished and ready to move into. You’ll share the kitchen, living room, and bathroom with me I live here full-time and work full-time too. The house has a smart home setup (smart lighting, ring cameras, hive thermostat Alexa).

Didcot Parkway station is about 1.3 miles away, with fast trains to London Paddington (around 40 minutes) and Oxford. Good bus links around the town too, plus a Sainsbury’s and Asda both within walking distance.

Happy to be social cooking, a drink, a chill evening together now and then but equally happy if you’d rather keep to yourself. No pressure either way, just looking for someone easygoing and tidy.
