Double upstairs room in a house set on a green, available 10th February.

The room pictured is not the correct room, or the correct view from the window. The view shows the front garden and the green. it is a slightly smaller double room with a pleasing square shape, which looks over the south facing back garden.

The room has white walls, a double bed, a lovely pine wardrobe, a desk and chair, a large chest of drawers and a bedside unit.

The hallways and stairwell are freshly painted pale blue.

Six minute walk to town centre, Cornerstone and bus stops. Secure cycle parking outside.

Friendly household, English, mainly scientific research, computer science, etc, in their twenties and thirties.

Large living room and conservatory. New modern oak kitchen. Range cooker with double oven, two full size sinks and plenty of fridge, freezer and cupboard space.

There are two bathrooms in the house, an upstairs bathroom with shower over bath, white tiles with natural stone border, and a large downstairs shower room with sink, and also a separate downstairs loo with sink.

Clean and tidy house, rent includes cleaner every two weeks for two hours on to clean communal areas.

Wood burning stove, great for cosy winter evenings by the fire. Sunny south facing quiet garden with patio, lawn, trees and shed, good for barbecues.

Six minute walk to Didcot town centre and buses to Harwell, Diamond Light Source, Milton Park and the Rutherford Laboratories, 17 minute walk to Didcot Parkway railway station and 7 to Sainsburys. 30 seconds to to local shop for milk etc, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway.

2 mins to Didcot Leisure Centre, and 2 mins to the start of the the railway track to the Millennium Wood, Mowbray Fields nature reserve, and the pretty villages of East Hagbourne, Upton and the downs for jogging and cycling.

Bills included, central heating up to £3000/year, the rent should cover this with sensible use (morning and evening weekday use and more at weekends, on a timer), so there is nothing more to pay as long as the heating is not used too much outside of the timer settings at 20 degrees, subject to contract.
