Large sunny master bedroom in house on green free 23 July until 16 September, IT IS ONLY A SHORT LET. It is no longer a long let as previously advertised. The house has a long front garden with trees, lawn, shrubs and flowers.

The room has a double bed, drawers and bedside unit and plenty of built in wardrobes and cupboards. The room is painted white and has a neutral carpet. It looks over the south facing garden.

The hallways and stairwell are freshly decorated pale blue.

Six minute walk to town centre, Cornerstone and bus stops. Secure cycle parking outside.

Friendly household, English, South African, mainly scientific research, computer science, etc, in their twenties and thirties, one carer.

Large living room and conservatory. New modern oak kitchen. Range cooker with double oven, two full size sinks and plenty of fridge, freezer and cupboard space.

There are two bathrooms in the house, an upstairs bathroom with shower over bath, white tiles with natural stone border, a large downstairs shower room with sink, and also a separate downstairs loo with sink.

Clean and tidy house, rent includes cleaner every week for an hour or the equivalent, to clean communal areas.

Wood burning stove, great for cosy winter evenings by the fire. Sunny south facing quiet garden with patio, lawn, trees and shed, good for barbecues.

Six minute walk to Didcot town centre and buses to Harwell, Diamond Light Source, Milton Park and the Rutherford Laboratories, 17 minute walk to Didcot Parkway railway station and 7 to Sainsburys. 30 seconds to to local shop for milk etc, fish and chip shop and Chinese takeaway.

2 mins to Didcot Leisure Centre, and 2 mins to the start of the the railway track to the Millennium Wood, Mowbray Fields nature reserve, and the pretty villages of East Hagbourne, Upton and the downs for jogging and cycling.

Bills included, central heating up to £3000/yr, the rent should cover this with sensible use (morning and evening weekday use and more at weekends, on a timer), so there is nothing more to pay as long as the heating is not used outside of the timer settings at 20 degrees, subject to contract.
