The property is located approximately 1/2 mile from the train station, hence it is just a 10-15 min walk for great access to London, Reading, Oxford or Swindon.

If you’re working at either the two main employment areas locally; the bus stop for Milton Park is just 5 mins walk away or the Harwell Science Campus bus stop just 7 mins walk.

All bills are included (except TV license).

You will also have access to Superfast fibre broadband.

Other facilities: The bathroom would be shared with the landlord and son (every other week). The kitchen/utility areas benefit from two separate fridge/freezers hence plenty of room for your fresh/frozen groceries, a large 600 wide under work surface cupboard to store your dried / tinned food, as well as a large double oven, and dish washer.

There's also ample off road parking.

The garden, also has a gazebo for up to 8 people, great to sit with friends chatting away on a warm summer's night, or if a little chilly fire up the chiminea to while away those winter blues, in a cozy warm atmosphere, over a nice glass of red.

Couples not possible due to HMO laws, some pets accepted subject to certain conditions and you are more than welcome to have guests, partners or family stay over temporarily, subject to agreement.
