Single room available
for female housemate.

It’s a three bedroom house occupied by me, the owner, a female college lecturer. The other housemate is also a female professional. As well as the bedroom, you are welcome to use the kitchen/dining room and garden. It's a comfortable, clean and quiet house. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and fast broadband.

There is a desk and chair in the room, not shown in the photographs.

There is an off-street parking area for 16 cars.
The house is less than 15 minutes walk from the town centre and railway station.

It’s a friendly house where you can be sociable or keep to yourself if you prefer.

Please note, the house is not suitable for working from home on a regular basis or for shiftworkers.
