A fully furnished double room is available in GWP Didcot in a 3-bedroom house with three floors (ground, first and second). The available room is on the first floor and has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk. The house is right next to a corner shop, Asda, community centre and (98 to Harwell Campus, 99 to Milton Park) bus stops. Milton Park is about 2 miles, Harwell is about 5 miles, and Didcot railway station is about a mile away. Abingdon/Culham is 7 miles away, and Oxford is 13 miles away. The rent is fully inclusive with WiFi access.

The house is very spacious and clean with a large kitchen and living room both of which will be shared. The pictured bathroom will be mainly shared with one other person. It is currently occupied by a couple (who use the second-floor room) and one female. We are very easygoing and sociable and want our new lodger to feel at home. The house has a garage which can be used for small storage, e. a bike or suitcase, and contains an additional freezer. We are looking for a responsible person who is also quiet, clean, sociable, and considerate. I can arrange a virtual or in-person viewing of the house.
