Delightful self contained studio flat with exposed beams, own kitchen and bathroom (toilet and washbasin) in a large country house. The house is set in an acre of garden less than two miles from the centre of Banbury, with access to footpaths from the bottom of the garden. It's very peaceful despite being so close to Banbury.

The rent is £800 per month including bills. We are looking for someone who would additionally be willing to look after our animals (two dogs and two cats who are all very friendly - involves feeding them all and walking the dogs) when we are away (equal to the odd night and up to several weeks, totalling approx 2 months a year). You would be reimbursed £20 per day for looking after the animals.

The accommodation would suit a single person or couple working in Banbury or nearby who enjoys/enjoy living in the country and likes/like animals.

We are looking for someone to rent the flat for at least 12 months. You would need your own transport (or at least a bicycle!) and be a non-smoker (or agree not to smoke in the house). The flat is available from the beginning of August. Please get in touch if you are interested.
