The room is available Mon-Fri, and is newly refurbished with a king size bed and brand new private en-suite bathroom. The tenant will have access to the kitchen, conservatory, garden, and dining room. They are also welcome to park on the driveway. The tenant has access to bathroom storage and a wardrobe to store clothes. They are also welcome to store some food in the kitchen.

There's a fantastic pub approximately 1 minute walk from the house, which serves great meals Tues-Sun. There is also an Italian restaurant, Indian restaurant, and another lovely pub within walking distance. The village shop is a 4 minute walk, and direct buses can be taken into Wantage. Abingdon, and Oxford less than 150m from the house. All bills are included.

We are both engineers, one of whom works from home.

We have just finishing refurbishing the bedroom to a high standard, and so we are looking for a tenant who will enjoy the peaceful and convenient village setting whilst respecting our home and those who live there. We have been fortunate to have brilliant tenants in the past who we got on with wonderfully, and hope to find someone we enjoy having in our home.
