The room available is the top floor bedroom and includes the downstairs garden studio for your exclusive use as your own home office/study/storage, so it’s two rooms for one!

Gorgeous garden with secure bike storage, wood store, and a fantastic spot for morning coffee, when the sun shines.

You'll be living with one male who works a full-time office job in Eynsham.

There's free parking spaces in front of the house and in the whole village. Oxford city centre is a short drive, bus, or cycle. The London Tube bus service runs from Eynsham, just 10 minutes walk from the house, all the way to Victoria.

For outdoor lovers, it's a 5 minute walk to fields in all directions, as well as the river Thames, Farmoor Reservoir, and Wytham Woods all in easy reach.

This is a gorgeous spot in the best Oxford village (in my opinion!) with the Market Garden independent grocers and cafe, Lyle's excellent coffee and pastries, a Co-op on the corner and half a dozen pubs on your doorstep.

The room is available in May.

All bills including high speed Virgin internet included. Council tax is band C.
