Double Bedroom

Hello, I have a 2 bed flat and one has a kitchen included. That latter room is the one i am advertising for a 3- 6 month rental period as im going away for a course and so it will be available for maximum and preferably for 6 months. Its in a quiet location and close to bus stop for oxford/ swindon, local shop, pub also walkable. Its close to the famous faringdon follly that is a nice walking spot. Good for exploring the ridgeway locally also. Regular buses to oxford and swindon (S6). Please let me know so as to arrange for viewing. Room is available on the 21st of july (by the time ive moved my things out). I am really looking for 3 months upfront payment and the rest can be paid after the second month. The other works long hours and studies from home. There is one bathroom, including bath and shower. Theres a lock on your room door from the inside. The only thing is that the tumble drier and washing machine are in your room and so by arrangement with you will be needed by other. The kitchen is all yours because there is a microwave and toaster etc in the hall for use. let me know if you want to view. looking to get someone in as soon as possible really please.
