Double room available in my semi detached 3 bedroom house.

3rd bedroom has been turned into a double desk office so space to work from if you would like.

Choice of either 2nd bedroom with use of family bathroom which has shower over bath ( I use v rarely if I have ensuite, no one else using) £ 750pm or master bedroom with own en-suite £800pm. Both have built in wardrobes. Master room also has chest of drawers with Tv on it. ( no pics currently of master as I’m decorating)

I am a live in landlord but I don’t mind what room I’m in. I work from home full time, when I’m not working you’ll normally find me at the gym, at home chilling or travelling.

I’m pretty tidy and pretty quiet and would want the same. I don’t know many people in the area so would love someone who would be up for socialising sometimes ( but also ok if you don’t want to)

I also have 2 three legged cats who live with me. They are super friendly and cuddly. They’re not much bother, they normally just follow me around.
