We have a double fully furnished room available in our new home from end of February/ beginning of March 2027. We complete on our house early next year so the room isn’t available to view until then.
We have two small dogs and one cat who run the place.
We are both full time professionals in our mid/late thirties.
We will have a little gym set up in our garage which you’re welcome to use any time.
We like our peace as we both work hard. We’d like a friendly and respectful housemate who understands this.
There is the choice of a furnished double with shared use of the family bathroom or furnished double en-suite available. Please note that rent for the en-suite room will be slightly more than the other room.
You will only be sharing with us (and our pets), we do not intend to rent out any additional rooms.
