The room is equipped with 1 double divan bed with underbed storage, 2 wardrobes, 1 dresser/drawer, desk and chair provided.
Kindly note: This room is for single occupancy, not for couples or children.

The house has a large enclosed garden, is fully furnished & equipped with dishwasher, washer-drier, fridge-freezer, airfryer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, pots & pans, etc.
Downstairs is the living room, separate dining room, separate kitchen and WC. Upstairs 1 sharing bathroom and there is a third room used for office space.

Located 15min brisk walk to JR Hospital and Headington shops, 5-10min walk to Bury Knowles Park and bus stop in London Road and easy access to the Ring Road. There is ample on-street parking at the property.

This is an amazing house with a great atmosphere and sunny garden. Every year doing vegie growing and planting flowers to make it beautiful. We have many BBQ’s (Braai) and occasional game nights/events with another house share across the street, opportunities to have sports and nights out with others in the area. And I have a tiny friendly Yorkie (she is house trained and adorable).
