The room is a large double room on the first floor with a bay window with window seating. The room comes furnished with a bed, bedside table, desk, drawers and a build in wardrobe but does not include the bookshelf in the provided photos.

The bathroom on the first floor is communal however this bathroom is almost exclusively used by the occupant of this bedroom as there are other bathrooms closer to all other bedrooms.

On the ground floor the house has 4 driveway parking spaces, a communal living room, a large kitchen/dining/seating area with French doors looking out into the garden. The first floor has this large double bedroom, a bathroom and a double room with ensuite (currently being rented), the second floor has a shower room and two bedrooms (currently being rented).

The housemates are all working professionals (1 junior doctor, 1 nurse and 1 architect) who enjoy spending time together both inside the house and outside. They regularly spend evenings together either going out for food or drinks or having a more relaxed evening staying at home, watching films, cooking or having bbqs, etc. They are all tidy people and although they are social, understand that at times it is best to having time to yourself.
