You will be sharing with me, the owner of the property. I am currently in the process of decorating the house but I am happy for the housemate to make the bedroom their own. I am looking for someone who is respectful and friendly and who I can share my lovely flat with.
Bills are not included. I am sensible when it comes to energy use but a comfortable living space is also important too.
