Double room to rent - partly furnished

Room to rent in a friendly quiet house in Headington.

The room is partly furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

The house has 2 bathrooms with showers. Kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, a washing machine/dryer, 2 fridge/freezers, and a large freezer. There is also a conservatory which is basically the living room. We currently only have freeview tv but have very fast broadband. There is off road parking but the space is very limited. The council tax band is C.

There are 4 people living in the house at the moment. We are all working professionals aged between mid thirtys and late fifties. We are looking preferably for another working professional to move in.

We share responsibility of looking after the bills which we pay each other every month. They amount to approximately £100 each depending on how much energy is used.
That includes energy, council tax, water, Internet and TV licence.

We're a friendly bunch and generally have lots of BBQs during the summer months and have drinks.

I'm advertising on behalf of the landlord so we can get to meet the next potential tenant.
The landlord is asking for the deposit and a month's rent in advance, with a minimum contract of 6 months. Working full time and must have references.
