Looking for one friendly and quiet female to take over the set of rooms long-term (1 year contract).

The house is 4b3b - shared by you and another girl. You will get ALL the rooms shown in the pics, except for the main entry &staircase. So you will have 2 good-sized double rooms and private bathroom to yourself.

The 'yellow one' is your study, the 'pink one' is your bedroom.

It is a charming Edwardian house newly renovated to high standards. It has double-glazed windows, a new boiler & pump (strong shower flow), whole-house water filtered, and newly restored original wooden floor.

You will only be sharing one big kitchen and utilities (e. g. washing machine and a third loo) with the other girl. The Kitchen is located on the ground floor this separate from your living space which is upstairs.

This is a peaceful and 'girly' household. We are looking for someone who can also be quiet, respectable, and friendly. I am the landlord living next door. Both myself and the other female who lives in the house are researchers at university of Oxford.
