2 Rooms Available In Headington

Room 1

We are a household of 5 people from different nationalities. Two of the current tenants are moving out so we have a couple of rooms available from the beginning of June, one of them ensuite. We are quiet and independent people, but we also enjoy socializing in the kitchen and participate in activities together. We are all professionals in our thirties/forties, so we are looking for a similar profile. The house will be shared with 2 males and 1 female, so we prefer the rooms to be occupied by another two female to keep the balance.

Ideally, we look for long term tenants (over 6 months), but we could consider shorter stays.

The house is smoking and pet free. There is no deposit and all bills are included in the rent (including Council tax).

Shared spaces include: one open kitchen-living room, one bathroom, back garden (with space for bikes) and an outdoor dinning area with barbecue. The house also has washing machine and tumble dryer.
