This three-bedroom semi-detached house has one double room available from November 26th, and one single room available from November 9th. Ideal for students or professionals (not suitable for couples), all bills are included. A professional (not a full-time student) is required to pay the council bill.

The house is situated in a friendly, safe, and quiet neighbourhood in Oxford, with easy access to Headington shops, Summertown shops, and New Marston, as well as the Oxford University Park town centre (a 28-minute walk or a 10-minute cycle).

In 2024, my house was issued a selective landlord license by Oxford Council. After getting my UK master's degree, I am now a live-in landlady and work four to five days per week in the town centre.
