We have a single room available in a shared house with 4 female housemates, available from 5th December.

The rent is inclusive of all bills (council tax, electricity, internet, tv licence). There is a spacious open-plan living area/kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is street parking available if you have a car (permit required).

The room comes with a generous amount of under-bed storage including hanging space for clothes, a foldable desk and shelf space.

About us: We’re a friendly house of working professionals in our twenties. We are all busy but enjoy having a good chat while cooking/watching a movie. Tenants tend to stay here for a long time as it really is a lovely place to live. We are not a big party house, but enjoy the occasional drink/night out together. Due to our busy work schedules, we appreciate quiet evenings during the week and are all quite early risers. We also keep the communal spaces tidy with a simple cleaning rota.
