It benefits from 4 windows, so ample natural light all times of the day. It works well if you’re working from home as there’s enough room to properly set up a workspace.

The bathroom is also quite large, with both a bathtub and a separate shower. It’s only shared with one other girl in the house.

Downstairs, there’s a good-sized kitchen and dining area, along with a big backyard. There’s ample storage space within the room as it benefits from a loft space (not shown in pictures). More storage space is available in the property in its basement and shed.

The property is located just 8 minutes walk from headington shops and is walking distance from Old road campus, Oxford Brookes University, Nuffield hospital and Churchill Hospital.

Overall, it’s just a comfortable, spacious place to live, especially if you value having a bit more room than usual.
