It is in a peaceful house. A young male scientist lives on the ground floor. A quiet and nice young professional is on the first floor at the rear, and a couple live on the top floor. All very friendly, quiet, clean and respectful.

It is not a house for parties, but for someone who likes a clean and peaceful environment. Please note the kitchen is shared and only suitable for someone to cook simple meals.

Transport is very convenient for buses to Oxford city centre and London, and London Airports (1 minute walk away), 4 supermarkets are a few minutes walk as well as the restaurants, banks and post office.

This is for a single person only. The price includes everything such as broadband and TV. The price is based on 6 months contract.
