En-suite room in Clive Booth Postgraduate Halls

I am looking for someone to replace me in my en-suite room in Clive Booth Postgraduate Hall. Should be a full time Oxford Brookes student.

You will be living in a new postgraduate block in Clive Booth. It is just 2 minute walk from bus stop and 7 minutes walk to the campus.

The flat is a 5-bedroom neat and clean flat situated on 2nd floor.
We share the living area and a huge kitchen - which has got a lovely view of the postgraduate lounge.
Room is roughly (2.7 X 4.5) metres including the shower room. It is furnished with a bed-base and mattress, mattress protector, desk and desk chair, reading lamp, wardrobe and curtains. Pinboards are provided for posters. Shower room is fitted with a shower, sink and toilet.

You will be sharing with friendly postgraduate students from China, Netherlands and India.
The flat is peaceful and has a nice view.
Common areas are cleaned every Friday.
