Large sunny double room with ensuite in quiet road

This large sunny south facing room with ensuite on its own floor is situated in a quiet road close to the town centre and within a short walk of the train station.
Although a double room it is for SINGLE occupancy.
You will have the use of the kitchen.
There is on street parking.

The room has an en suite shower, built in wardrobes and a small storage space.

I am looking for a quiet, house trained professional, who would like this to be their oasis of calm after a busy day.

You would share my home with me and my cat, we are both friendly, welcoming and respectful of your privacy and would expect the same of you.

I am ideally looking for a MONDAY to FRIDAY let, but MIGHT CONSIDER an occasional full week with flexibility and by negotiation.

This isn't a house share its a room in my home.

PS....I have nothing against those working in hospitality but need to mention that I work from home, so if you're working shifts and will be needing to be home between the hours of 9 and 5, then this wont be suitable. Sorry.
