Hi, double room in Iffley village (2min walk to Iffley lock) available. Very cute house in quiet area with garden perfect for barbecues and perfect location for morning walks to proof, or runs on the Thames path or Iffley meadows. Very close to iffley sport center and cowley road!

The house is shared with a biology postdoc in her mid thirties who’s into exercise, art, and watching movies on the sofa. More importantly, the house is also shared with the cutest little rescue dog ever (honestly, it’s hard not to fall in love).

The house has a big bathroom with shower+bath and the kitchen has two ovens. The room is furnished with double bed (very comfy mattress only 6months old), chest of drawers, desk+chair and wardrobe and you can see birds while lying in bed :)

Rent is 837.50 plus bills (217pp in total incl council tax). The rental agency and landlady are very responsive. I had an amazing time living here and can fully recommend this place! (I’m moving abroad otherwise I’d 100% stay!!)

About the current housemate: I am a 35 year old female, I work at the University of Oxford. I have a small dog that lives in the house. I am an outdoorsy person that enjoys exercise. I am easy going and also enjoy having chilled evenings with my dog, watch a movie and share dinner.

I am looking to share with a friendly like-minded person, who is tidy. My dog is an indoor dog so you need to be a dog person, he is a person dog he is very sweet and a good companion.
