Hello!

I am a 33 y. o. professional living in Iffley. I am in a four bedroom, two bathroom, family sized home with a big garden, and am looking for another person to house share with me. We also have a shed that could be made into a nice space for an artist. I am open to tenants of any gender - queer friendly household for those to whom it is important 😊.

The available room is furnished with a brand new double bed frame and mattress as well as two wardrobes and bedside tables.

There is also a well sized study (that could also be used as a yoga space or similar) which is available in case that is of interest, however we would have to negotiate on rent if that’s the case 🙂

Still in the process of decorating the place - plenty of room for more plants, artwork and furniture in communal spaces if you’re into that kind of thing!

A bit more about me - I have recently relocated from Sydney, Australia. In my spare time, I like weightlifting, yoga, journaling, live music (particularly electronic), running and playing chess.
