Sadly our housemate Amy has finished her DPhil and is moving out so we're looking for someone to take her room.

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Housemates: You'll be sharing with 3 professionals — two male and one female, kind, tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with (non-smoking).

🏠 The house:
> Bathrooms: 1 full bathroom with bath/shower, 1 half-bath (toilet and sink).

> Separate lounge and kitchen areas: A separate kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and storage.

> Garden: A large garden that’s great to spend time in when the weather is nice.

> Garage and driveway: Secure garage for storing bikes and space to park if you have a car.

🧑‍💼 Landlord: Friendly and responsive.

💰 Contract details:
> Deposit: £500
> Rent: £440/month (includes council tax, water, WiFi and TV licence)

💡 Bills (energy): Usually between £40–£80/month.

🚶‍♀️🚴‍♂️ Location: A short walk or cycle to Cowley Road, Magdalen Road and the city centre. 3 minutes' walk to the nearest bus stop. Close to Templars Square shopping area.
