Room in Shared House on Magdalen Road

Cheap room (£635 BILLS INCLUDED) in a shared house in a great location on Magdalen Road (above the Wild Honey shop). Magdalen Road has lots of nice shops, cafes and restaurants, great pubs nearby and it is only 5 minutes walk away from Cowley Road.

It is a 3 bedroom house currently occupied by two other young professionals (mid 30s, male). I am the outgoing tenant and I am looking for a replacement tenant for the third room, ideally starting in early August.

The house has a good sized kitchen and living room as shown in pictures, 1.5 bathrooms (full bathroom 2nd floor and toilet 1st floor), and a utility room with some space for a washing machine and storage. The bedroom is a good size and comes furnished with space for a double bed and large desk for working from home.

The ideal tenant would be social, clean and happy to take part in the occasional shared dinner or BBQ. Other preferences include:
- Age (25 or older)
- Would ideally be available to move in August.
