Double room in large townhouse, excellent location

Room available in a large townhouse on Iffley Road. The property is in an excellent location; 2 minutes away from the Cowley road, and 15 minutes to town on foot, although buses leave every 10 minutes or so. There is a supermarket 4 minutes away and loads of pubs within a 5 minute walk.

There are 6 occupants currently, three male, three female. We are all young professionals and are sociable and get on well. The house has two bathrooms, two kitchens, a washer/dryer and limited off street parking.

On top of the rent, the bills are £167 a month. This includes council tax, water, electricity and broadband. In addition a deposit is required of £400.

We are looking for a fellow young professional who is clean and tidy, and willing to do their share of cleaning. The rental period is 12 months, and we are looking for single occupancy, no students or short term lets please!
