The Room is fully furnished with student desk /computer work station /single bed /wardrobe and storage space. It is en-suite - it has its own Bathroom with bath and shower / sink / toilet. The House is fully centrally heated.

There is both wired and wireless fast internet, and you have access to modern kitchen with all facilities including gas cooker, microwave, fridge/separate freezer/ washing machine. .

There are lockable bike mounts and off street parking facilities. The nearest bus stop is 4 minutes and there is a cycle track to city centre (12min).

The house is very secure, and is managed as a quiet house and has a resident (British) house-owner. I have one other student in residence. and I am looking for someone who is normally at college or work Monday to Friday.

The total rent is £500 monthly, PLUS £100 Bills - total £600 includes everything (council tax and all services) I am looking for a male international student or working person. I do have one other shared room in same house at cheaper rate,
