Room for rent in Victorian House - Jericho

Hi,

we have two rooms to rent from the 1st of June.

6 people living in the house in total. Different nationalities. All professional / PhD candidates. 2 kitchens, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Massive garden and patio.

The two rooms available are both on the top floor, and share a kitchen (in the photo). Bathroom shared with a third person. Basically it's almost like a separate flat at the top of the house, with access to garden and downstairs living room.

Renting includes bills.

We will be collecting application from today (26th) to next Sunday (3rd of May), and proceed with the interviews and visits the following week, to give everyone the same opportunity. We will communicate on the 10th of May if you got the room.

PS: the two rooms come with basic furniture - bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Note that in the epic we have a single bed at the moment but it can be swapped for no cost for a double bed.
