Room for rent in Victorian House - Jericho

Hi,

we have one room to rent from the 1st of January, 2027 (there's a change to start also on the 1st of December, 2026).

6 people living in the house in total. Different nationalities. All professional / PhD candidates. 2 kitchens, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Massive garden and patio.

The room available is on the top floor, and share a kitchen (in the photo). Bathroom shared with a third person. Basically it's almost like a separate flat at the top of the house, with access to garden and downstairs living room.

Renting includes bills.

Get in touch, email me, let's have a chat and eventually come over to visit / let's video call.
We will be collecting application from today (26th) to next Sunday (1st of November), and proceed with the interviews and visits the following week, to give everyone the same opportunity. We will communicate as soon as possible if you got the room.

Cheers,
Stef

PS: the room comes with basic furniture - bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
