Friendly professional house in Jericho centre

We have a double room available to rent from 1st October. The room is in on ground floor of an old and stylish Victorian building located in the heart of Jericho on Walton Well Rd, just a five-minute walk from Port Meadow and equally close to the city centre. There is a very large and well-equipped kitchen, common living room, and two bathrooms (bath/shower) with one additional toilet. We also have a very nice garden.

Currently there are four flatmates. We are all working professionals in mid-twenties/early thirties, working for the University or in private sector. We are all easy-going and friendly, but also respect each others privacy.
We are looking for a considerate, clean and tidy person to join our house – preferably male to keep the gender balance, feel free to get in touch with us if you may be interested in moving in.

The price covers a monthly rent for the room which is £825. Additional costs include council tax £74, energy bill £34, water £14, and wifi bill £15.

We are planning to have viewings in the second week of September.
