The property has a large shared kitchen which backs onto our spacious garden (plenty of space to store your bike). The kitchen includes a large fridge freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The house has five bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, one toilet, one shower room and one bathroom. You will be sharing with four very tidy & friendly young professionals. To set expectations, we all get on and enjoy a chat but live our own lives mostly and enjoy our personal space/quiet in the house.

The house is located just off Walton Street and is a very short walk to all the great restaurants, pubs and shops in Jericho and just a few minutes away from the beautiful Port Meadow. Just a 10-minute walk from Oxford city centre and a 15-minute walk from the train station.

The rent does not include utility bills, WIFI or council tax. All together the monthly costs for the room and bills is ~£850.
