Cosy attic room available in a friendly house in Jericho.

We have a lovely attic room available, with lots of natural light and a quirky little staircase leading up to it. The house is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from Port Meadow and around 10 minutes from town.

The room has gabled ceilings, so it would probably suit someone under around 5'8 best, but for the right person it’s a really cosy and characterful space.

The room comes furnished with a recently replaced double bed, bedside table, large bookshelf with cupboards, desk and chest of drawers.

Bills are not included, but are roughly:

Council Tax: £60 per month
Electricity: £15 per month
Heating: £40 per month

The room is available from mid July, but our landlord requires us to have someone confirmed by mid June.
