MOVE-IN ASAP Beautiful Jericho Flat!

Absolutely gorgeous first-storey flat in between Jericho and Summertown and about a 20 minute walk or 10-ish minute bike ride to the city centre. Has skylights, washer/dryer, off-site parking (need permit, but available), spaces for bikes, and double rooms with tasteful furnishings.

Looking for someone to take over ASAP. Posting on behalf of the new tenant, happy to answer questions on their behalf and/or hand over contact details :)

***About the flat:
- Council Tax Band D. Current tenant is a student so if you are a professional you would be solely responsible but with a 25% discount. Students do not have to pay council tax, so disregard if you are a student.

- £1750/pcm, but split unevenly. Taken bedroom is £900, available bedroom is £850 (it is a wee bit smaller but still a furnished double)

- I'm unsure about status of pets. Can inquire if that is pressing!

- Utilities are through Homebox, they are fixed per month (unsure of the current rate, estimate of ~£60/pp/pcm based on reports from other flats in the complex, but is likely less). Broadband not included in Homebox but you can find good deals for very cheap.

- In a very lovely neighbourhood. Deli/shop across the street, crafty building with rentable tools, an amazing pub that got a Michelin Star a few years ago, all within a 1 minute walk from each other. If you want a quiet but still accessible flat, this is going to be perfect for you.

- Likewise, a relatively affordable price for this area, as it is one of the most expensive in Oxford.

- It overlooks a garden at the front entrance (and you can see a bit of the canal too!

- One bathroom, not ensuite.
