Double Room in Lovely Jericho House with Garden

We are three young professionals looking for a new friendly and clean housemate to join us in our lovely house in Jericho. We live in a quiet street and have a beautiful garden one step away from Port Meadow and all the cafes, pubs and restaurants of Jericho. We are also at walking distance from the city centre and the train station. We like to keep the house organised and we are independent but we love doing many activities together too, like dinners, pub crawls, hiking, watching films (with tea or a glass of wine and the inevitable shared chocolate!), asking each other about our day and having a good laugh.
About us:
Maria is 35, from Italy, and works as a literature tutor and in events. She loves reading, writing, listening to friends’ stories, cooking and home-making. She is also learning about wine because…it’s an excellent excuse!
James is 33, British, and an engineer in sustainable fuel who works at the Oxford airport (yes, it exists!) He loves having fun in very many forms: from travelling and playing hockey, to gathering friends, going for drinks, and cooking just the full English breakfast you need on certain Sunday mornings :)
Brennan is 37, from Canada, and a quantum physicist. He loves rabbit-holes of all kinds (especially science and nature ones) but also sports and outdoors activities. In fact, he skis all year round, and in the summer, and in Oxford! (Do ask him more about it)
If you are interested in the room, please message us including a little description of yourself. Council tax is £55 and bills around £65 per person per month.
