• Shared use of bathroom, interconnected lounge/dining room, light, spacious and well-equipped kitchen opening onto mature garden; (14 x 6.5m). Gated side passageway for safe storage of bicycles. No off-road parking.
• Postgraduate students and those working in the third sector are particularly welcome. Non-smokers only. Must be comfortable to live in a quiet household.
• Bills may be around £65 (summer) - £90 (winter) per person/per calendar month over a 6 month period, but actual bills depend upon the season, usage and expected further energy price rises.) (bills cover gas/electric /water/ broadband – council tax (band E) will be paid by the owners). One month’s rent paid in advance as a deposit, rent to be paid monthly in advance by bank transfer, bills to be paid retrospectively based upon meter readings.
