I’ll be moving to San Francisco to write up my PhD thesis beginning of September. I’m looking for someone to take over my room. There are two potential options, short and long term.
1. The tenancy finishes October 26th 2026, so this would be ideal for someone looking for a short term place (sublet). (£750/month excluding bills)
2. The tenancy will be renewed October 26th, so potential to stay till October 2027 (this option you would officially take over the let). (£750/month excluding bills, but subject to increase once the new tenancy agreement starts October 26th)
