Double Room Available in Jericho

We are looking for a fun, friendly, tidy and relaxed housemate to join our home, ideally moving in around the 4th - 7th July.

The room is a good-sized double and is unfurnished, so the new tenant will need to bring their own furniture and make the space their own.

We are ideally looking for someone long term, but we would consider a shorter term arrangement of several months for the right person.

About us:
The house is a mix of working professionals and postgrads. One of us works from home most of the week and regularly commutes to and from London, so there is usually someone around during the day, but the house has a nice balance between social time and everyone getting on with their own thing.

You’ll be joining a sociable, friendly house with a really nice dynamic. We enjoy spending time together, whether that’s cooking, going for drinks, hosting the odd party or putting on an event. We would love someone who wants to feel part of the house rather than just renting a room.

Every few weeks or months, we also run music events which can occasionally be a bit chaotic in the best way, but are always great fun, and we would love to have you involved if that is your sort of thing.

We also regularly have friends staying from around the UK and abroad, so we are looking for someone relaxed and comfortable with a social home environment. Unless there is a very good reason, we are generally not the sort of house to turn people away.

That said, if you are someone who is very protective of your own space or looking for a particularly quiet, private house share, this probably is not the right fit, and that is absolutely okay.
