From September: room in Jericho flatshare

Hello!

We are looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely home in central Jericho — just across from the Victoria pub! The room is available from the first week of September 2026. Preference is for people who want to stay a full year or longer.

The room has a double bed (with some storage underneath), a chest of drawers, a small built-in robe, a desk and chair, and a bookshelf.

The flat has a fantastic location and comes with a spacious shared living room and kitchen (complete with a TV), which we occasionally use for flat movie nights — though not as often as we’d like! There are two fridges between four people so plenty of space. We also have a washer/dryer in the kitchen and a heated towel rack in the bathroom.

A few important things to know:

• Rent is £837.50 per person per calendar month (excluding bills). We rent from Lucy's Properties.

• Bills are around £75 per person per month. Council tax (if you are not a student and have to pay it) is on top of that.

• We have a weekly chore rota (bathroom, kitchen, etc.), and we expect everyone to contribute and stick to it, so the burden is shared equally. We also share communal items (e. g. cleaning products, oil) and expect everyone to contribute equally to the emotional labour of this.
