A double room is available in a bright and modern apartment. There is a large shared living room and kitchen. There is also a shared access to a balcony overlooking the canals.

The room is furnished with a bed, two cupboards, a desk and chair, a lamp, a bedside table and a fan. It also has a built in wardrobe with excellent storage space. Bathroom only shared with one other flat mate (as other room is ensuite).

The kitchen is well-equipped with a washing machine, a dishwasher and modern appliances. The living and dining room is spacious and has access to the communal balcony.

The apartment building is in a quiet area with a security gate. Our apartment is conveniently located only 3 minutes away from Walton Street which has a Sainsbury's, a cinema and several cafes, pubs and restaurants. It is also a short walk away from both the City Centre and Oxford Train Station.

Available from the 14th August and viewings can be held online or in-person (ideally).


Current housemates are Liv (post doc) and Emily - they both have quite busy schedules so are looking for someone who also mainly works from the office and likes to have a chill clean tidy flat to come back to😊.
