Double room in friendly Jericho house

We are 2 female housemates who are looking for two others to join us in July and August. Our two current housemates are unfortunately leaving us - one is off to Canada and the other is buying her own house.

The two rooms available are large double bedrooms. The house has two bathrooms, with two showers and a bathtub. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a lovely garden with garden chairs, as well as a living room with lots of space.

We often hang out in the kitchen or garden - you would be welcome to join. We are sociable people, but also can respect people's space and keep noise to a minimum.

The house is located in central Jericho. It's a 15 minute walk to the station, and 20 minutes into town. We have a supermarket just across the road, and lots of pubs and cafes nearby.

Bills per month are roughly:

Council tax £83.75 - we are 1 professional and 1 student, so this may change depending on who joins us!

A bit about us:

Juliet (me): I am a 27 year old doctor who works for the university doing research into psychosis. I'll hopefully be starting a DPhil soon! I love reading, listening to music and swimming.

Iona: I am 26 and currently in the second year of my DPhil researching the impact of the menstrual cycle on the immune system. I love being outdoors, and playing/watching sport (especially tennis/football/running/gym/hiking - basically anything on the move!). I'm also veggie!
