Large furnished en-suite room in central Jericho with shared living spaces (opposite Rickety Press pub). Bills are split between the three of us and work out to around £130 each per month. Our letting agent is Lucy Properties - a very responsive, local agency.
Move-in date is 27th September with possibility of moving in up to a week earlier. The deposit is also £1375 and is paid directly to Lucy Properties.
About us
We are two women in our mid-late twenties who work in medical research at Oxford University. We enjoy socialising at the pub, various sports, travelling, reading and painting.
We both have busy schedules and enjoy coming home to a clean and calming home. We always enjoy a chat but are more than happy to give someone their space if wanted!
