The house is located just around the corner from Walton Road and only a few metres from the area’s many pubs, restaurants and much-loved coffee shops (Rickety Press, The Victoria, Branca, Jericho Cafe etc) Port Meadow and the canal are also very close by, making it a great location for walking and running while Oxford city centre is within easy reach.

The room is at the front of the property on the ground floor and is a really comfortable size. As well as a double bed and built in wardrobe, it has its own sofa, giving you a separate space to relax and making the room feel particularly spacious and homely.

The property manager (Lucy’s Properties) are happy to add, remove or swap furniture if desired. Lucy’s properties also offers four free yoga sessions per month at Yoga Prana studio on Walton Road.

The flat has a spacious shared living room and open-plan kitchen, a large dining table, washer/dryer and plenty of additional storage. There is also a lovely garden to the rear of the property. There are places to lock your bike in the front area of the house.
